Cirque Éloize at the Festival d'été de Québec

It was in front of the crowded Plaines of Abraham that Éric Lapointe presented the “show of his life” on July 9th.

As part of the 52nd edition of the Festival d’été de Québec, Louis Bellavance, Director of Programming, entrusted Éric Lapointe with the running of the traditional carte blanche evening.

Éric Lapointe took the opportunity of the evening to celebrate his 25th anniversary of career and his 50th birthday with friends, including Garou, Marie-Mai, Marc Dupré, Les sœurs Boulay, Ludovick Bourgeois, Marc Dupré and Safia Nolin.

Cirque Éloize had the honour of participating in this beautiful evening. Circassian artist Evelyne Allard performed a sublime aerial hoop act on the hit song Mon Ange. The photos tell a lot about the emotion that hovered on stage.

The festival-goers were able to attend a 150-minute show where some thirty songs were presented. An electrifying atmosphere emerged from the Bell Stage where secret guests, projections and pyrotechnics surprised many. An evening that made everyone happy!
