Voici le calendrier à retenir :
- Janvier – février 2023 : révision des soumissions des candidatures
- Fin février 2023 : auditions privées pour les candidats sélectionnés
- Mars 2023 : confirmation des artistes sélectionnés
- Printemps – début été 2023 : atelier artistique à Montréal
- Automne 2023 : répétitions à Montréal
- Hiver 2024 : répétitions sur le navire de croisière et lancement du spectacle
